Okinawa is in the center of East Asia, having several airline connections not only from Tokyo (Haneda, Narita) and Osaka but also from other Asian cities e.g. Seoul, Shanghai, Hong kong, Taipei, ..etc. Naha Airport is in the main land of Okinawa.

Frequent domestic flights are available from Tokyo (Haneda and Narita) to Naha. You can easily access Okinawa by way of Tokyo (Narita and Haneda).

From Naha Airport to downtown Naha (Bus terminal)
Downtown bus terminal of Naha city is about 1.4 km from Naha airport. It takes only 11 min. by Mono-rail called "Yui-Rail". Get off at the "Asahi-bashi" station, and you can easily find the central bus terminal.
Downtown to Loisil Hotel (Welcome Reception and Banquet)
The welcome reception and banquet will be held in Loisil Hotel which is in a walking distance from the Naha bus terminal. You can also take a taxi and will reach in 5 min.
Downtown to Okinawa Convention Center (Main Conference Site)
Public bus service is available from Naha bus terminal to the convention center. It will take ca. 40 min.
You can also use conference bus service which will start at downtown Naha every morning, and directly go to the convention center. Details will be shown here.
