Guidelines for Presentations
Hereafter you will find some important indications concerning the presentations. All presentations should be given in English.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations will take place in the lecture rooms THEATER, ROOM A, and ROOM B. The time allocated for oral presentations is 20 min. including discussion and PC connection.
Due to the large number of oral presentations, speakers must strictly follow the schedule. Speakers should use the shared Windows-PC (MS-PPT ver. 2013 or Adobe Reader ver.11) installed in each lecture room. The presentation file should be transferred to the shared PC during the break before the presentation. We ask all speakers to check their presentation file during the break.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The recommended size of the poster is A0 in vertical direction (poster board: W 900 x H 2100 mm). The posters are to be attached to the poster boards preferably before the lunch break on Oct. 7th, Monday. All the posters must be on the boards until the end of the poster session on Oct. 10th, Thursday. Poster presentations will be numbered according to the final conference program (uploaded on the web site soon). In order to stimulate the discussions, all the posters are open during not only the poster session in the evening but also the lunch break. Authors are required to be at least available for discussion during the designated poster session from 16:30-18:30.
